As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
• Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
