Empowering Learning Ltd are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to support children with special educational needs in Croydon and Surrey.

Role Overview

Work in a special needs school providing classroom support or one‑to‑one assistance for students with a range of SEND needs, including Autism, mental health, dyslexia, and emotional & behavioural difficulties. Hours are 08:30 to 16:00, five days a week, based in SE/Surrey London. Position starts ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Support classroom learning for students with varying SEND needs.
• Assist with one‑to‑one activities and behavioural interventions.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and support teams.

Qualifications & Experience
