Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive team in West Molesey. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality, personalised support to pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), working closely with class teachers to promote academic progress, independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering differentiated lessons for pupils with SEND.
• Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support, implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
