SEND Coordinator

Suffolk (Local Authority role)

Contract role. Hourly rate negotiable (Indicate rate sought when applying). 37 hours per week.

Hybrid; collect equipment in person. West Suffolk House, Riverside/Virtual (Postcode: IP33 3YU). Attend team meetings in person if possible. Ideally 1 day a week in office if possible. x4 Coordinators needed for 2 area teams holding a caseload – completing draft amendments and finals following meetings and completing associated casework.

Key responsibilities

• case hold
• oversee phase transfer work
• oversee associated work on annual review paperwork
• contact with families and settings
• requests to panels for placements / funding as per provision in plan
