Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SEND provision across the school
• Support the strategic leadership team as Assistant Headteacher
• Ensure pupils with additional needs receive outstanding support
• Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies
• Monitor progress, interventions, and EHCP provision

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• SENDCo qualification or relevant leadership experience
• Proven experience supporting pupils with SEND
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Passion for inclusive education and pupil achievement
