About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join the founding team at Tile House School, a brand-new specialist school opening in Buckinghamshire.

As a key member of the school's leadership team, you will lead the strategic development of our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision, ensuring that every pupil is supported to achieve their full potential. You will work collaboratively with staff, families, external agencies, and the wider community to establish a culture where inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.

From designing systems and processes to developing high-quality interventions and supporting colleagues through coaching and professional development, you will have the opportunity to build an outstanding SEND provision that reflects the values and vision of our new school.
