As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised assistance to students with special educational needs.Your primary responsibility is to offer tailored support to help students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential within the school environmentImplementing individualised learning plans, promoting student engagement and independence, and maintaining regular communication with parents, careers and outside professionals.
