Milk Education is working with supportive primary schools across Leeds who are now recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for September starts .

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with a range of additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, communication needs, learning delays)
• Work 1:1 or in small groups to build confidence, engagement, and emotional regulation
• Help pupils manage routines, behaviour, and social interaction
• Deliver tailored support under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCo
• Create a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment for pupils
