Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons.
Encourage positive behaviour and support emotional well-being.
Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
Adapt learning resources and activities based on students’ individual needs.
