We're working with a specialist SEN Secondary school in Lambeth that is urgently looking for confident, resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team.

If you have experience working with children with SEN and complex needs and want to make a genuine impact, this is a fantastic opportunity where no two days are the same.

What you'll be doing as a SEN Teaching Assistant:

Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour
Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams
Helping students re-engage with education

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

Experience with SEN, Complex Needs, youth work, or similar
Strong behaviour management skills
A calm, resilient, and proactive approach
