Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs in their learning and development. The successful candidate will work closely with the SEN team and classroom teachers to provide tailored assistance and ensure an inclusive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Assist in the implementation of EHCPs and support strategies developed by the SEN team and classroom teachers.
• Adapt learning materials and resources to meet the unique needs of SEN students.
• Support students in developing social skills, independence, and self-confidence.
