SEN Teaching Assistant

Aspire is recruiting passionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to work within specialist educational settings, supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and associated behavioural challenges.

This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people who require additional support to engage in education, develop essential life skills, and achieve their individual goals.

The schools we work with provide a supportive and structured environment where every student is encouraged to succeed. All pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), with learning and support tailored to their unique needs.
