These roles are ideal for Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and Behaviour Mentors who are passionate about making a difference to young people with additional needs and are looking for their next long-term opportunity in a supportive school environment.
You’ll be joining schools that place a real emphasis on inclusion, with strong leadership teams and clear behaviour policies already in place. The roles involve supporting students across KS3 and KS4 with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and moderate learning difficulties.
