Role Overview

We are seeking a Semi-Senior Business Development & M&A Analyst  to support the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic growth opportunities across LATAM.

The role combines corporate development, strategic analysis, and transaction execution , working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive investments, partnerships, and value creation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis  to identify trends and strategic gaps
• Support regional strategy reviews and pipeline prioritization
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, scenarios, sensitivities)  to assess investment opportunities 
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights for decision-making
