Please note that, due to the needs of the school, this role may involve working with both Primary and Secondary-aged pupils.

No previous experience is necessary for this role, as full training and ongoing support will be provided. We are looking for someone with the right personality, values, and attitude to work positively with our young people.

Our teaching assistants are fulfilled by the idea of making even the smallest positive changes in our young people, so we celebrate the little things. There’s lots of ups and downs, and to some of our young people, sitting through a lesson can be a big win.
