Your role will include
Delivering tailored lessons to pupils with SEMH needs
Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
Creating a calm, structured classroom environment
Working alongside pastoral and wellbeing teams
What we’re looking for
QTS with SEMH or behaviour experience
A resilient, patient and reflective teaching style
Strong relationship-building skills
