We are seeking an experienced HLTA to join a specialist provision in Shoreham. This role involves supporting secondary-aged students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, working closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted support and maintain a structured, supportive learning environment.

The Role Includes:

• Supporting learning and behaviour management across the provision
• Delivering small group or one-to-one interventions
• Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff
• Promoting positive behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement
• Adhering to safeguarding procedures at all times
