Insight Global is seeking a SEM Process Technician to support a leading semiconductor client in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for performing detailed imaging and compositional analysis of semiconductor devices using advanced electron microscopy tools.
Responsibilities include collecting, preparing, and analyzing nanoscale samples, operating SEM tools to capture high-resolution images, and utilizing EDX to evaluate material composition. The technician will manage incoming sample queues, perform precise sample preparation including cleaving and chemical highlighting, and communicate analytical results to engineering teams.
This individual will also support the development and optimization of analysis techniques, assist in training new users on equipment and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within SEM operations.
