About the Role - Our client, a leading luxury hotel in Singapore, is hiring a Security Supervisor
- Responsible for overseeing daily security operations
- Ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel assets
- Maintain high standards of safety, service, and operational control
Key Responsibilities - Manage access control points and authorise entries per SOP
- Monitor CCTV systems and escalate anomalies promptly
- Oversee Visitor Management and Casual Labour systems
- Conduct patrols across:
- Lobby
- Convention centre
- Guest floors
- Back‑of‑house areas
- Train, guide, and supervise security officers on:
- SOPs
- Equipment usage
- Hotel policies
- Respond to emergency systems:
- FPLS
- Duress alarms
