Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team of 69 security officers. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and professional environment while ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Supervise, train, and mentor a team of 69 security officers

Provide coaching, counseling, and corrective action when necessary

Create and manage officer schedules

Ensure site safety, professionalism, and policy compliance

Respond promptly to incidents and maintain a strong security presence

Minimum of 2+ years of security experience and/or prior military or law enforcement experience
