**POSITION SUMMARY**

The **Security Operations Quality Assurance (QA)** - coordinates and conducts compliance inspections and quality audits of Detention Facility operations and performs Quality Assurance support activities in area of responsibility to ensure performance meets contractual requirements.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Conduct inspections and audits of contractual services for conformance to Performance Work Statement and National Detention Standards.
+ Responsible for all aspects of QC activities at assigned location.
+ Act as quality point of contact for customer inspectors, site management, and operations managers.
