The team advises on complex structured finance and securitisation transactions, including warehouse securitisation lines, public securitisations, forward flow arrangements, portfolio sales and other asset-backed financings across a broad range of receivables and loan asset classes

Experience required:

• Qualified in England & Wales
• Have 3-5 years’ PQE at a leading structured finance practice.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
