Position Overview
Responsibilities - Supervise the personnel in the Photo Department to carry out production according to the production plan.
- Lead the improvement of site working environment and working methods.
- Supervise the normal operation of affiliated personnel.
- Use of human resources in class (organize planning, assessment, incentive training).
- Ensure the management of WIP.
- Leading machine utilization and productivity improvement.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Photo Manufacturing (Semiconductor industry)
- Min 3 years’ experience in managerial role with reporting staff
- Good factory knowledge eg relationship between line move, cycle time and customer delivery
- Proven track record in meeting Fab delivery KPI
- Highly driven, motivated and resourceful
