Job Description

• This role leads and manages contract manufacturing partners by overseeing outsourcing operations, resolving production issues, coordinating capacity and cost management, and driving continuous improvement through cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing all import and export business and process planning of the factory
• Responsible for local team management and capability improvement
• Responsible for communication and handling of customs affairs
• Support for other customs-related work (LMW, A1, A2, A3, M1, M2, Certificate of Origin)
• Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment
