Responsibilities

• Maximizing related section productivity and driving sales with commercial execution and excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Working closely with Store Manager to meet goals within the section, overseeing store inventories for the section, and ensuring the highest level of accuracy
• Providing leadership for the section team, implementing and tracking LC Waikiki standards for the section, and inspiring the team to achieve them
• Establishing and maintaining high standards of store layout and visual merchandising in line with corporate standards

Requirements

• Diplome/Bachelor Degree is a plus
• Malaysian citizen only
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a managerial position
• Able to demonstrate financial awareness and a commercial mindset, continuously thinking of ways to drive sales and manage costs
