Jackson Hogg are supporting a large FMCG manufacturing site in Teesside with the appointment of an experienced Section Manager
This role has been created to strengthen frontline leadership and improve consistency, safety and performance across shift operations. The Area Manager will have full ownership of people, production and standards within their area.
The role
You will lead cross‑functional manufacturing teams and ensure production is delivered safely, to specification, on time and within cost. This is a visible, hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who sets standards, develops people and drives continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Shift Pattern:
* Mon–Fri
* Week 1: 6am – 2pm
* Week 2: 2pm – 10pm
* Sun–Thurs
* Week 3: 10pm – 6am
