Responsible to lead and manage relationship with Islamic BB’s stakeholders to meet the Bank’s objective and key performance indicators (“KPIs”). This will be achieved by monitoring and supervising tasks performed by department staff to ensure desired results in respect of quality of response and turnaround time to meet or exceed the service level agreement agreed upon. In addition, he/ she will manage and ensure risk-compliance culture is adhered to and upheld at all times to comply with internal and external compliance requirements. Support cross sell efforts and represent AmBank Islamic in all relevant BB meetings and forums. Supports and work with HOD of Islamic BB to achieve department’s KPI/ targets. He/she also represents the HOD of Islamic BB at relevant meetings/ forums in his/her absence as well as supporting the administration of the department.
