Performs diverse departmental office/clerical duties.
Job Responsibility
+ * Performs diversified office/clerical duties including, but are not limited to:
+ Typing various correspondence, reports, and articles.
+ Taking dictation and minutes.
+ Transcribing.
+ Scheduling appointments and meetings.
+ Maintaining files.
+ Receptionist duties.
+ Making, taking, screening and recording messages and telephone calls.
+ Maintaining records.
+ Filing patient records, and collecting/processing payments.
+ Preparing statistical data.
+ Keeping inventory and ordering supplies.
+ * Performs other non-clinical duties supporting departmental operations and administrative processes, as needed
+ Making travel arrangements.
+ Performs related duties, as required.
