Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead systems engineering, development, and integration activities supporting U.S. Navy (USN) shipboard and shore based integrated training systems. This role serves as the primary interface between HII and the government customer and is accountable for all aspects of program execution, technical integration, and stakeholder engagement. This position is based in Virginia Beach, VA.
Impact
The Program Manager ensures successful delivery of complex naval training system capabilities by directing multi disciplinary engineering efforts, maintaining cost, schedule, and technical performance, and strengthening long term customer partnerships. This role directly influences program profitability, technical quality, and the readiness of integrated training systems across the Navy fleet.
