We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support pupils’ learning across secondary sector
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with teachers to support pupil learning and progress. Assist pupils with additional needs, including SEN support where required. Support classroom management and encourage positive behaviour. Prepare resources and help deliver engaging learning activities.Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate pupils. Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential. A genuine interest in supporting pupils’ education and well-being.The school :
