About the role
The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team. As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of our students, working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education. You will be involved in planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities for individuals or small groups, as well as assessing, recording, and reporting on students’ progress.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Learning: Assist teachers in the delivery of the curriculum by planning and delivering lessons to small groups or individuals, both in and out of the classroom.
Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging all students to engage with their studies and participate fully in school life.
