- **Develop strategic investment studies based on GVD program timings for code 1 and others assigned projects focused on reducing** waste and losses based on Plant CD and business case analysis.
- Create Critical Route Timings with attainment to the GVD for code 1 and others assigned projects in detailed for all GA Line.
- Create Specification Package considering Process and Product Standards, GD&T, government regulations, cycle time of the process, establishing all the KPI´s and deliverables based on Stellantis standards.
- Plan and coordinate interaction with the productive area for the introduction of new machinery and equipment in new or existing facilities for the manufacture of vehicles designated to Mexico Plants.
