Essential Functions:
• The Restaurant Manager manages all aspects of the employee life cycle, including
interviewing, selection, hiring, training, performance management documentation, and
termination.
• The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the financial performance of the restaurant,
meeting targeted sales and budgeted profits on a monthly basis.
