About the Role
MARTIN Technologies is seeking 2–4 Seasonal Quality Sorters to support an exciting new automotive transmission launch. This is an excellent opportunity for college students, teachers on summer break, and individuals looking for hands-on manufacturing experience in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities

+ Inspect and sort automotive components to customer quality standards.

+ Perform visual inspections to identify defects or non-conforming parts.

+ Use calipers, micrometers, and other basic measuring tools to verify part dimensions.

+ Read and follow work instructions, quality standards, and inspection criteria.

+ Separate, tag, or rework parts as directed.

+ Report quality concerns to the supervisor.
