The Seasonal Colleague Advisory Coordinator supports Colleague Advisory with background check assessments, general Colleague Advisory tasks, and performs other duties as assigned.
What You Will Do
Background Check Tasks
Review candidate criminal history and drug screening information to assist in determining employment eligibility. Conduct phone assessments with candidates related to information submitted on pre-boarding documents and/or provided in a consumer report from a background/drug screening third-party service provider. Document phone assessments with candidates with a high degree of accuracy, maintaining confidentiality. Ensure candidates supply all required information within the designated timeframe.
