Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Guide and coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and activities
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
