Description We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile delivery for enterprise HR technology initiatives supporting public sector operations in Augusta, Maine. This is a Long-term Contract position focused on helping cross-functional teams deliver reliable, compliant, and high-quality solutions within a Workday-centered environment. The role partners closely with HR, payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to improve team effectiveness, maintain delivery momentum, and support continuous improvement. Success in this position requires strong facilitation, clear communication, and the ability to remove obstacles in a fast-moving setting.
