Position Overview
Job Description
- Perform and optimize virus-based assays, including:
- Virus titration (e.g., TCID50, plaque assays, or equivalent methods)
- Infection experiments in mammalian cell lines
- Conduct cell culture activities:
- Maintenance and preparation of cell lines
- Seeding, infection, and assay preparation
- Ensure smooth workflow of automated processes:
- Method setup, execution, and troubleshooting
- Routine maintenance and calibration
- Monitoring system performance and data quality
- Work in biosafety cabinet environments under appropriate containment levels:
- Strict adherence to biosafety and GMP/GLP guidelines (if applicable)
- Handling of viral materials according to safety protocols
- Operate and maintain an integrated automated assay platform including:
- Hamilton liquid handling system
- Cell-based plate reader <...
