Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Responsible for coordinating and implementing ideas, concepts, and process flows for the heterogeneous integration of thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) on silicon platform.
- Manage projects that increase the value delivered to both internal and external customers.
- Collaborate closely with design, process module and fab engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and define action plans that enable project progress.
- Analyze the impact of process variables on device performance by evaluating in-line and off-line data and provide guidance for device development.
- Communicate results effectively through clear technical reports and presentations.
Job Requirements - Hold a PhD in science or engineering (or an equivalent qualification), preferably with a focus on semiconductor device development.
