Role & responsibilities
To perform in vitro ADME assays (solubility, metabolic and plasma stability, CYP inhibition, plasma protein binding studies etc.)
Design, conduct and report data from in vitro metabolism studies using various cellular and subcellular systems, e.g., microsomes, hepatocytes, recombinant CYPs/UGTs and transfected cells.
Perform assays using automated workstations. To design, program and implement study protocols in automated workstations.
Ability to integrate metabolism and other supporting ADME data to predict druggability outcomes.
Maintain labs & comply with SHE/regulatory guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
Masters with 2+ years of industry experience in Invitro ADME assays.
