We are recruiting for a Scientist1 in our Reagent Sciences team, responsible for scientific R&D in reagent stabilization, including reagent formulation development and lyophilization process characterization to enhance the reagents used in NGS and microarray consumables.

• Under supervision, design and perform experiments of moderate to advanced complexity using a broad array of techniques.
• Summarize and report consistent conclusions, generating recommendations for follow‑up experiments and suggesting alternate strategies.
• Make detailed technical observations and document them in laboratory notebooks and confluence pages.
• Take responsibility for lab processes such as equipment ownership and contribute to successful lab operations.
