General Functions, Specific Responsibilities, and Authority :

• Routine laboratory maintenance, propagating bacterial cultures, preparation of general laboratory duties such as preparing media and reagents, labeling plates and tube, and re-stocking supplies.


• Works within established SOPs and/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines.


• Maintains adequate inventory control of media and reagents as required for laboratory operations.


• Assists in the qualification and validation of equipment and lab instruments including calibration.


• Responsible for maintaining laboratory notebooks and ensuring all documentation is performed under GDP guidelines.


• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
