Position Overview
Services required are set out as follows: - Liaising with Contract Cleaners on school operations
- Liaising with Term contractors and monitoring their work
- Work closely with Operations Manager
Inspection & Checks (Conducted Daily & Report incidents immediately). - Mosquito breeding
- Pest control
- Acts of vandalism
- Water blockage & building seepage
- Canteen’s hygiene
General Maintenance (Fault – reporting) - Escort and provide supervision to various Term Contractor when they are in school to carry out repair works. eg Tuesday contractor (Building) / Electrical maintenance
- Simple repairs and carpentry work, eg cutting of padlock
- Resolve simple electrical issues/faults such as power trip
- Assist in school decoration
