The University of Alabama at Birmingham, Department of Pediatrics seeks BE/BC candidates to join the faculty of our stable and thriving Division of Pediatric Cardiology. As a joint cooperative of Childrens of Alabama and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, we are leaders in comprehensive pediatric and adult congenital cardiac care for the people of Alabama and Southeast United States.


The selected candidates will work with our multidisciplinary team of cardiologists, cardiac intensivists, anesthesiologists, and cardiac surgeons to provide a continuum of care for patients with congenital heart disease. Successful applicants should have an MD, DO, MBBS degree or equivalent and should have completed fellowship and be board certified or eligible in pediatric cardiology as well as have advanced training in multimodality imaging including echocardiography, cardiac MRI and cardiac CT.
