Lead and supervise a team of nurses and/or health screening assistants to ensure high-quality, efficient, and safe delivery of services.
Manage and execute health screening activities, which may include: Vision and color vision tests
Height and weight measurements
Audiometry tests (for Primary)
Health education sessions
Lifestyle and health questionnaires
Liaise with preschools, primary schools, and stakeholders for scheduling, site setup, student list coordination, and overall project implementation.
Develop deployment plans and oversee on-site screening teams to ensure smooth workflow, adherence to protocols, and compliance with PDPA and safety standards.
