**Behavior Technician (School-Based)**

**We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to support students in a school setting. In this role, you will collaborate with educators and behavioral specialists to provide individualized support and help students achieve their academic and behavioral goals.**

**Position Overview**

**The Behavior Technician provides direct support to students with special needs in both one-on-one and classroom settings. This role requires patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and redirect challenging behaviors.**
