Position Overview
The role of Scheme Manager will include:
Providing tenancy management, signposting and advice to residentsPromoting independent living and sign posting to appropriate agenciesEncouraging residents to organise and get involved in activitiesCompleting mandatory compliance tasks along with health and safety checksReporting and monitoring repairs to conclusion, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completedWellbeing calls to residents via warden call systemSupporting the lettings team to manage vacant flatsProviding cover at schemes in the region for other Scheme ManagersReferring residents to support agencies when required and helping them access the different service available to themDealing with low level anti-social behaviour complaints within the scheme and resolving resident disputes Skills and experiences:
