Architect a bulk scheduling and route optimization engine capable of assigning hundreds of inspection appointments across multiple claim handlers



Design algorithms that



Minimize overall drive time and travel distance



Balance workloads equitably across handlers



Respect handler availability working hours and appointment lengths



Incorporate realtime and nearrealtime location data to improve dispatch accuracy and responsiveness during CAT events



Support both CAT and nonCAT scheduling scenarios including surge capacity planning
