As a Scent Design Associate - Home Care, you will collaborate across functions and levels to contribute creatively to the development and introduction of new fragrance themes, technologies, consumer solutions, ideas and new development processes. • Manage Go-To-Market Projects and implement innovative fragrance development strategies
• Connect market, customer and consumer needs to identify, develop and/or recommend competitive product solutions to drive business results
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (perfumers, technical, consumer insigh...
