As a Scalp / Head Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' overall hair and scalp health. You will create customized treatment plans based on individual client needs, promote hair and scalp health, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Provide scalp treatments and perform professional hair scalp analysis, including shampoo, blow‑dry, basic head massage, and related services.
• Recommend hair and scalp care products, treatments, and packages to customers.
• Consult with clients, listen to their concerns, and apply technical know‑how to provide the right solutions.
• Communicate and advise what is best for the client’s interests.
• Maintain spa and treatment room cleanliness and safety standards according to SOPs.
